We aim to raise the profile of local DJs and musicians, help venues and promoters discover talent quickly and promote the events they have taking place, and make it easier for the public to find music events happening near them.

Who we are
Grooves on the Tyne (GOTT) is a North East music platform built to connect local talent with the people who book them. Through Talent On The Tyne we give artists, musicians and DJs a proper home online — a structured, listen-first profile that makes it easy for venues, promoters and the public to find and book them.
Through What's On we bring together gigs, club nights and events from across Newcastle, Gateshead, Sunderland, Durham and beyond, so there's a single place to see what's happening and who's playing.
We're local, independent, and built by people who care about the region's music scene.
