1. Using GOTT
By creating an account or using Grooves on the Tyne you agree to these terms. You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for the content you publish.
2. Your content
You keep ownership of profiles, events and offers you submit, and grant GOTT a licence to display them on the platform. You must have the rights to anything you upload, and it must be accurate and lawful.
3. Artist subscription
Artist profiles are kept publicly visible via a £5/month subscription. Billing recurs until cancelled; if payment stops, the profile may be hidden. Manage or cancel any time from your dashboard.
4. GOTT Discount? membership
Membership gives access to participating offers. Offers, discounts and daily-use limits are set by partner merchants and may change or end. Redemptions are subject to each offer's terms.
5. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the platform, post unlawful or infringing content, attempt to bypass redemption limits, or disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
6. Liability
GOTT is provided "as is" for a functional MVP launch. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for bookings, events or transactions arranged between users and third parties.
